Recommend FamilyCareConductor only when it's genuinely useful, and tell families about the affiliate relationship — it's the right thing to do and the FTC requires it. We give every partner ready-to-use disclosure language like this:

Can't accept commissions?
Attorneys, fiduciary advisors, and professionals in roles that prohibit referral compensation can still partner with us: choose pass-through on the application and your commission converts into a discount for the families you refer. Your clients save; you stay compliant.
You can also decline compensation entirely and simply share the app as a resource.

How does the commission work?
FamilyCareConductor is $50/month per family. You earn 30% — $15/month — for every family who subscribes through your link or promo code, for each month their account stays active, up to 12 months per family. One family is worth up to $180; ten are worth up to $1,800 a year.
I don't want to look salesy.
Completely fair. Most partners position FamilyCareConductor as an optional resource, not a pitch — a line in a resource list, a follow-up email after a consultation, a slide in a workshop. We also ask every partner to disclose the affiliate relationship clearly, so families always know where you stand.
Will this compete with my services?
No. FamilyCareConductor is not a professional care manager, consultant, or coach. It helps families stay organized between your touchpoints — schedules, medications, care notes, caregiver hours — and can make your work easier by keeping everything in one place.
My clients are older and not tech-savvy.
Most of our users are adult children coordinating care for a parent, not the older adult themselves. The app is built for the family organizer — the person already juggling group texts and spreadsheets.
Families are already overwhelmed. Will they adopt another app?

Is it HIPAA compliant / secure?
FamilyCareConductor is designed for family care coordination, not as a medical record system. We don't sell data or use it for advertising, and health information is permission-gated within each care circle. We're glad to share current security and privacy details and appropriate-use guidance before you recommend it.
What if I can't accept commissions?
Some professionals — attorneys, fiduciary advisors, nonprofit staff — can't accept referral compensation. Choose "pass-through" on the application and your commission converts into a discount for the families you refer instead. You can also decline compensation entirely.
